New possibilities for identifying faults
Oilon Alarm enables the sending of targeted SMS-messages concerning eight different potential fault sources. The text-message indicates the nature of the fault, such as “water circulation pump tensionless”. The message can be set to be repeated until the fault is rectified. An electrician, plumber, or burner expert can be called immediately, because the cause of the problem is already known.

Preliminary report on unbalanced burning

Unbalanced burning can result from many types of situations. There may be water or air mixed with the oil, the preheater may be clogged, photoresistor operation may be inadequate, or the diffuser disc may be sooty. Notification of all of these faults can be provided with Oilon Alarm. The device sends an SMS –message about a burning imbalance before the burner ends up out of order. The system can also send a regular maintenance remainder after 4000 hours of operation.

The alarm system is delivered pre-programmed on request. Phone numbers and SMS-messages are then already in the device on delivery. Electrical installation and inserting SIM-card are all that are requested to get the system ready for use. Numbers to send alarms to and other basic parameters can be changed directly with Oilon alarm or via laptop connected to the device.
